It is recognised that parents/legal guardians are the primary educators in a child’s life and, as such, from time-to-time concerns may arise which they may need to engage with the school. We will always endeavour to our best to listen and respond to those concerns in the most appropriate way. We encourage parents to always discuss any concerns they may have with the class teacher first. If you are unsure how to engage with the school, support can be sought from the HSCL (Home School Community Liaison) first at 086 7769756 and they can help you to make contact with the class teacher.

We will always endeavour to find a timely and courteous  resolution  to ensure that the important relationship between the parent and school can be preserved and respected. It is expected that all parties concerned will engage proactively and in a respectful way.

An agreed set of revised procedures for dealing with complaints has been agreed by the Catholic Primary Schools Management Association and this came into effect on January 1st. It is summarised in 2 pages which can be viewed in the pdf below. If you prefer, you can ask at the office for a paper copy of these.
